Perparing for the end
Aug. 28th, 2008 12:06 pmToday I get the heart-wrenching joy of backing up the BackBreaker website in preparation of taking it down at the end of the month. First is downloading the PhP Code, then it's backing up the MySQL database to zip up and burn on a DVD (it's to big at this point to fit on a CD).
At the moment, I'm undecided on wither to keep the comic section up until I can either a) find it a new home online (something I've been working on), or b) keep it up long enough for Bueau of Mana Investigation concludes or c) not bother and just yank the whole thing and start over at wherever they end up when they finally do land there.
After the dust has settled from BackBreaker closing, I'll be redueing my personal page along with Adventures of Blanc. I'll also be archiving all my BB artwork to both FurAffinity, VCL, and my general work at deviantART so at least I have some presence on the web, even if I'm not selling anything.
Needless to say, I've got my work cut out for me.
