oh - and in other news, one of my other comics, Liberty from Hell just went live on Comics Plus mobile app the other day. I've been working my bum off rescanning and lettering the entire book so that we could present it in the original sepia toned color that it was painted in. While I freely admit the title is not for everyone, I'm still dang proud of it as a story.

Been having fun diagnosing tech issues all day which meant I had to start the art for this page latter than I would have liked. Never did fix the tech issue. But the art got done so 1 outta 2 ain't bad.

Wow- these past 2 weeks have been busy, busy, busy! Mostly trying to get one of my other titles, Liberty from Hell, ready for digital distribution. This ended up being a lot more work than I was initially expecting since I had lost all of my original working files. So I had to rescan and re-letter everything from scratch. But the results were so worth it, as this new edition will present the art in the original sepia-tone washes. I also did a new cover for it too!
But now that's all uploaded and outta my hands so that I can focus back onto Ebin & May. Weeee!

I'm loving all the comments about Fluffwiena and her character arc. Thank you so much for a wonderful discussion from all of you.
Sorry for not posting last week. Life kept interrupting. Sometimes for bad, but sometimes for good too. Bad part was my allergies really kicked into high gear and there were a few days I just could not get out of bed. This is, unfortunately, is kind of common for me this time of year. Good part is that my Brother, who I have not seen in the flesh for a couple of years, dropped by one day and we spent the day catching up. It was great to see him again.
Anyways - this will be the only posting for this week as I set up for the next chapter, then it's back to the typical Tuesday-Thrusday schedule with a little luck! Enjoy!

Wow - I'm really slipping on my updates again. Sorry. Allergy season is in full swing here again. Looks to be a bumper crop of ragweed this year. And it's messing with my head. So at least for the next couple of weeks, expect sporadic and late updates. I will do the best I can to stay on schedule, but there are just going to be days I need to rest and there's no getting around it. But I wanted to give you guys far warning.
Also - thanks so much for the witty comments on the last few pages. It's awesome to see such positive reaction to Fluffwiena's character arc. While I haven't been able to respond to each, I do read them all and am very touched by each of them. Thank you so much!

What?!? You mean the indoor riding arena's actually used for riding? Who would have thought....
Work has been ... interesting as of late. Have another sinus infection (almost a constant state with me) and this one is really screwing with my vision. So work at art and the computer has been slooooooooow. Trying to get back on top of things now that the pressure has gone down a bit so my eyes can focus for longer than 5 minutes. Have also been doing lots of things behind the scenes that I can't talk about yet. Can't wait till I can though. ^.^
Oh! And a quick note: I just found out that Ebin & May has been added to 2012 Ursa Major's Recommended Reading List. Not an award, but still awesome!

Still chugging along. Been spending 1/2 my time working on Ebin & May's next page and rescanning and re-lettering all of Liberty from Hell for ePress. It's lots of work but I think it will be worth it, since we can present it in it's original sepia tone. Will post more info when I have it available.

Sorry this is going up so late on Tuesday. I am just swamped with work and this page was being particularly slow, despite it not having a reason to be so. More than likely Thursday's posting is going to go up late Thursday night/Friday morning since I'm going to have to spend all day tomorrow doing other things instead of working on the next page like I normally would. I'm really frantically trying to get caught up so I can spend time building my backlog up again. Just in time art is just a little too stressful for me. ^.^
