Jun. 27th, 2005 02:08 pmMonday Updates
Panic over AC & Eurofurance dissipated. Baron whacked my upside the head and forced me to realize that the cons were NOT this coming weekend. WHEW! With 7 different print runs to matt (a total of about 20 mats) and Two originals to frame, an extra week to get everything together is a god-send. Especially since I'm also panicking about making the Hash deadline (which is this Thursday....)
Current Projects in the fire --
Comics
Adventures of Blanc -- No post today. Will post later this week. Deadline stuff first.
Animation
Hash Contest -- I've still got a chance... James & I updated my video card drivers over the weekend with wonderful results. In the first time in years, I'm now able to render wireframes & hardware shaded test renders. Before, in order to see what I was doing animation wise, I'd have to do final renders which would take forever! If I tried to render a wireframe, It'd simply render a giant black screen. This was not the program's problem, and I knew it. It was a sucky graphic card driver issue and it's all gone now! YEAH! Point is, I now have a chance to complete all the rough animation needed for the contest. It’ll probably still look like crap, but it’ll be completed crap!
Full steam ahead!
