smudgedragonSo, in my daily round of looking at industry sites, I ran across an article about a new drawing software, Mischief. According to the marketing buzz, it's a resolution independent drawing/painting system. What does that mean? It means while it functions like a painting bitmap system, it stores and treats the file as a vector file.
