smudgedragon: watercolor of dragon cleaning its magic pearl (Spit & Polish)

After getting both issue 1 and issue 2 of 'To Kill a Dragon' done, I have absolutely no clue how good, bad or indifferent it's doing. I am pretty happy with how it's turning out. With only four issues (at 13 pages a pop) it's at least being very good for getting me comfortable with doing a full color title. Practice, after all does make prefect.

But this begs the question - Has anyone reading this actually read the book? If so, what do you think of it?

How honest would you like me to be?

Mostly my question was more on how many people have actually read/seen it than a full critique.

But you know me. I have no issues in receiving one, as long as it is well thought out, and not just a lambaste. An honest critique is better than a dishonest one, keeping it to the comic in question.

Also, be prepared to agree to disagree. No one sees everything the same way. ^.^

I will state that this was actually written and drawn years ago for a contest that I never heard back from, and was never published until now. What you see now is mostly just a slight cleanup of a couple of pages that I thought I could do better on and colors because I need the practice.
